Why its always better to do a walk through first

Recently my good friend Brian who is also expecting told me he did a walk through of the day of delivery. By walk through, I mean he got to go to hospital, got a tour of the rooms where all the action will be happening, and finally was told exactly what to expect in the delivery room. Too bad this guy didn’t do the walk through.
Poor Doctor.
